My fiancé and I decided to start looking for a place we could call ours.

Being first time home buyers, we were hopelessly lost to what buying a home would entail! Wesley was beyond fantastic throughout the whole process. He made us feel like a priority and was extremely flexible with our crazy schedules. He made the home buying experience a breeze! It never felt like Wesley was selling us a house, but finding us a home. He listened and took great care in delivering on the details of what we knew we did and did not want. He was honest and diligent in working us through each step answering all our questions and calming all our (mostly my) fears or concerns. Wesley was the best.

He always returned my calls, set up every showing that I requested. I was moving from Buford to up around the Clayton Ga area so I would only come up about once a week so he always had the showings set up for me all in one day. He was very helpful. Ended up buying a house in Demorest Ga. and there was a bidding war on this house and he suggested the amount I should offer in order to get the house and I made the offer he suggested and ended up getting the house. I would recommend him to anyone looking in that part of North Georgia area to use him to help get the house you want. Thanks again Wesley for your help in finding my new home.

"My wife and I attempted to sell our house with a different agent months before we met Cody. That agent was nice enough, but did very little to steer us in the right direction. Enter Cody and Anchor. First of all, he is a genuine person, and child of God. He spent time to build a relationship, while giving us guidance that we didn't receive previously. He was always quick to answer our questions, and had to talk us off the ledge on occasion. We ended up receiving a good offer on the house and after prayerful consideration, accepted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially after the previous listing. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!"

"I could not have found a better listing agent for my Mother in Law's estate than Cody Chembars. He was tender and compassionate as we listed my husband's childhood home after his mother's passing. He was quick to action when we discovered a water pipe had burst and he got a water remediation team onsite within a few hours. When family relationships were tensious Cody acted as an intermediary and facilitated great conversation that ultimately led to the sale of the home 25% above our original listing price. "Anchor (Cody) has help my family with two home purchases and we highly recommend them. Cody helped us to understand the process from beginning to end. He was patience and responsive to our last minute request to look at homes. This was extremely important as fast as home are selling. He helped us with negotiating to get some of the repairs done by the seller and did a walk through with us prior to closing to ensure the repairs had been completed.
